Hi, I’m April.
I’m the photographer behind Sand and Salt Studio, specialising in wedding and portrait photography in Merimbula, NSW, the heart of the Sapphire Coast.
On a personal note, I’m a mumma to a beautiful baby boy, wrangler of two very cute pups, and wife to the best husband a woman could ask for. And, of course, the reason you’re here — I take photos!
I began my photography journey in 2020, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of capturing some of life’s most meaningful moments. It’s a very special job — one I don’t take lightly — and my love for the job has grown with every story I have told.
I specialise in relaxed, coastal photography sessions, bringing a fresh, natural perspective to each shoot. I love true-tone editing to keep your photos timeless. From intimate moments to joyful celebrations, I cherish the opportunity to document the heartfelt connections shared between families, lovers and friends.
